THE COSTS

Our prices are inclusive of VAT, net, without discount
All our offers are within the limits of available stocks.

THE DELIVERY

All our deliveries are multiples of 6 bottles (6 or 12).

All our products are sold from our premises and are insured by our delivery service provider.

The delivery is made by the carrier,at the nearest relay point to the address you provided when ordering. If you want delivery to another pick-up point, please let us know by email and we will take it into account as far as possible!

You are required to check the condition of the goods on delivery and report any damage, shortage or error on the delivery note that you will send to us by post or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

We are committed to delivering as soon as possible. If the delivery could not be assured, you would be quickly informed and could cancel your order, ask for the exchange of the product or its refund.
Delivery can only take place if you are up to date with your obligations to us.

When ordering, payment is required by credit card or bank transfer.

RIGHT TO RETRACT

Product benefiting from the right of withdrawal:

A right of withdrawal is offered to the buyer under article L221-28 of the consumer code. Within 14 days, upon receipt of the goods, the Customer may use his right of withdrawal, he must send us by email, post or fax a letter of withdrawal.
After receipt of the withdrawal request, the Customer who uses this option, will have the obligation to proceed, under his responsibility and at his expense, with the return of the goods.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the refund request. This refund may be deferred until the return of the goods.

Product not benefiting from the right of withdrawal:
You are informed of the absence of right of withdrawal for products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly in accordance with article L.221-28 of the consumer code.

RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP

Until effective and full payment of the price, we remain the owner of the goods sold. Full payment will be worth transfer of ownership. However, the buyer becomes responsible for the items upon delivery, the transfer of possession being transfer of risk.

PROTECTION OF MINORS

Under Ordinance No. 59-107 of January 7, 1959 and the law of July 1974, the sale of alcohol in France is prohibited to minors under the age of 18. Consequently, the buyer undertakes to be 18 years old on the day of placing the order.
