14% alc/vol - 75 cl
Grapes: 30% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 30% Carignan and 10% Cinsault
Nose of crushed strawberries and peppery tomato. A straight profile, typical of shale, with freshness and minerality. The tannins are firm. The finish is persistent and very sapid.
Aged for a few months, half stainless steel tank, half oak barrel
Serve around 15-16°C.
